An excellent Vintage Vacheron & Constantin 18K Yellow Gold Fancy Teardrop Lugs Cal Wristwatch Circa 1950's. The 18K yellow gold case is in excellent condition, hallmarks on case and lug tips. Case edges and bevels are thick and well defined. Silver V & C dial has been refinished. Solid gold caseback is fully stamped. Caliber 466 manual wind movement is running.
